Any ideas for homemade gift certificates?

K so I got my boyfriend this really nice shirt for christmas but I wanted to add a personal touch to the gift so I thought I would make a few personalized homemade gift certificates for him. Like a certificate for something nice I can do for him. My only problem is that I’m having trouble deciding what to put on them. Any ideas would be great. Nothing sexual please.

    I would like to see one that says, I will go get you food late nite if you hungry. I think thats a good idea!
